Missed Lessons

Makeup lessons will not be offered for missed lessons, and refunds will not be issued. It is simply too difficult to offer makeups in a way that is fair to everyone. So please work with me to make sure your weekly scheduled lesson time is one you will be able to stick to. Your annual tuition reserves your lesson time for every lesson scheduled on the studio calendar, and each student's time slot is locked in for the studio year.

If I cancel a lesson, it will be rescheduled or taught by a qualified substitute instructor.

Please understand that lessons are designed to bring out each student’s individual strengths and talents, and planning requires time spent outside of your weekly lesson. It is my goal to dedicate as much time as possible to creating an inspiring music program and as little time as possible to resolving scheduling issues.
